Aliweld Power is a specialist in the supply, modification, and installation of substation line fittings and conductor hardware for power stations and large scale electrical infrastructure. Our team has worked on numerous generator circuit breaker (GCB) replacement projects, IPB upgrades, and new installations.

We have successfully completed many projects in coal, hydro, gas, power stations, both new builds and retro-fit situations.

We supply IPB components including elbows, straight runs, expansion joints and terminals. All ducting is custom fabricated and welded onsite by our certified team. We supply compression deadend terminals for ACSR, AAC, and AAAC conductors, each sized to match specific stranding and outer diameters.

Parallel spacers (double, triple, and quad) maintain fixed spacing between multiple conductors mounted on post insulators, while spacer bars maintain conductor centre spacing along a run without an insulator mount.

Yes. Corona rings are produced in-house from extruded aluminium tubing and can be customised to your specific dimensions and application — just provide the details and we’ll design to suit.

Our galvanised steel hardware — shackles, links, tension links, yoke plates, and turnbuckles — is available in standard maximum load ratings of 70kN, 120kN, and 160kN, depending on the product.
